11 more days.....
Till the end of my contract. Can't wait for this working experience of mine to be over. I dislike the uniform, routine things I am saying everyday and most importantly the schedule. My weekends are all spend at work and my weekdays at home since no one would be free to go out with me on those days. The money is quite good though and that is the only motivating thing about it. HaiZ..... AND of course after yesterday's incident it has really piss me off and I so wanna stop working. I am counting down the days till December is over .....
Anyway, went for a shopping spree with Ah Ying and Ah Kim. Whoa..... all of us did not went home empty handed. Ah Kim said she seldom buy so much. However due to the influence from us, she could not resist. Hahhaa~ She make it sound like its our BAD. Keke....
What I bought
1) Small sling bag which I really really love =D ($15)

All of this adds up to only $98 ! Its quite ok lah. I think this is a budget shopping trip for me. HaiZ.... its because of all the christmas present I have been spending on. Cost a bomb when there are so many people I have to give presents to.
Christmas is coming....and my christmas present shopping is still not over! This is not the season to be jolly. Its the season to be cracking the brains on what to buy!

Just another movie.....
Watched the "King Kong" movie with Ah Ying and Ah Kim yesterday. The tix were hard to get by as they were all SOLD or we had to sit at the first 3 rows for PS, Lido and Cineleisure. In the end, resourceful Ah Ying(she has finally proven to be useful =D) managed to get her friends to help her buy 3 corner seats..... I was like "WOW... this show should be great! So many people watching!". However I left the cinema feeling disappointed and tired. Firstly I had some misgivings about watching the movie since I don't really like animal related show such as "Jaws", "Anaconda", "Jurassic Park"etc. They usually involve lots of screaming, running, chasing..... more running and more screaming, sudden movement and loud noises to scare the audience. It just isn't my kind of thing. I prefer movies such as "Constantina", "Pirates of the Caribbean", "Mr and Mrs Smith","Finding NeverLand" etc.
Anyway, I went to watch "King Kong" to accompany my friends and give this genre of movie another try. I was proven correct and ended up not liking that show . Furthermore, the movie lasted 3 freaky hours! So damn long and my bum hurts after that. My ratings of the movie? A B- grade movie scoring 3/5 stars. The starting was too draggy and the ending too abrupt. I have to admit however that not all is bad and I actually find the movie effects nicely done, some really gross scenes of sea slugs gobbling up people very realistic and touching moments when "King Kong" was being shot while on top of the tower. Thats all though, nothing really memorable. If I was to rate the storyline I'll give it a 2/5. My recommendations? Watch it if you have 3 hours to spare and you really really have nothing to do. Not something I would watch a second time. Thats all on the movie review.
Now I'll get down to blogging events that happen this few days which I can recall (the aren't much since my memory ain't nothing to brag about. lolx... ).
14th December 2005
Day off from work! Went back to school for the re-enrolment thingy. Took about only half an hour of my time. After that went on to run errands about the school. We paid for the membership fee, collect the school diary and went in search for TB in the library related to our upcoming semester. Next we went back to Ngee Ann for our lunch because Dear Barry had a sudden craving for canteen 1 food. Have a look at the roadshow near the Ngee Ann Library to check out if there is anything interesting and we did! We saw this Amore sale going on. Looking ever so tempting, Geraldine, JunZ and me sign up for it. LolX.... to a more tonned body in 2006! LolX..... On our way out of the school, we saw Mr Yik! He is like the lamest lecturer ever and the only one whose jokes are so "cold", it could freeze you.
We chat with him for a while and proceed to PS. My main aim was to carry out my Christmas shopping! I really went crazy thinking about gifts to get for my dear buddies. Firstly, it HAS to be within my budget. Secondly, it has to be something useful and WANTED by them. Think it sounds easy?! NOooo.... its not. HaiZ.... Met up with Ah Ying and Ah Kim. We were conned by Ah Ying to get a cab as she said it should not cost more then 4 bucks. Yea right..... we wasn't in the right state of mind when we agree to take the taxi. It cost a total of 8 bucks in the end. Another one of Ah Ying's wisdom...... the King Kong movie ended at 11pm. Crap.... by the time I reached home, 11.45pm.
15th December 2005
Woke up at 10am..... another day off!! Watched dvd Korean drama "Full House" and end off my day by packing up my room. I started with the shelfs and the top cupboard. Gosh.... it really bring back lots of memories for me while packing. Firstly, I saw all the birthday presents I got from my friends since Sec 1. I actually kept all the presents including the wrappers and cards! I just love to keep them and know that I have friends who care enough to remember my birthday. I am a "sentimental fool" as quoted by my mom when she saw so much things on the floor. Hahhaa..... she likes me to throw things away cause she finds me keeping too much things.....
Next I read up on the 3 diaries I kept at different stages of my life. The first one was at Primary 6, 2nd one at Sec 1 and lastly at Sec 2 the last diary I ever wrote and having only 5 written pages. The habit of writing a diary died out at the beginning of Sec 2 as I had more "interesting" things to do then. Reading up on my entries, there was a drastic change in my thinking and attitude from primary school as I went on to secondary school life. There were lots of screw-ups I always managed to get myself into, how everyone tried to be "cool" and popular in school, the stress of exams, how rebellious I am then and the impossible dreams I came up with. Sounds corny huh? Hehe~ those were the days..... both the good and bad stuff that happened to me, I am glad I recorded it down in my diary......
The packing lasted from 5pm to 8.30pm. I left the packing up of my other cupboard for another day cause I was too exhausted and I have to work tomorrow! Geeze...... I am really really not looking forward to working......I want more day off! I want a life! HaiZ...... end of the day, money is the only motivation that keeps me waking up at 7.30am in the morning and going to work.
With a blink of an eye, the year is coming to an end....
...... how time flies........

i i i, i Love i-mode.....
This crappy song has been going through my mind since the advertisment is played beside my ears for 8 hrs per day, 5 times a week. That adds up to a total of 40 hrs in one week which I spend listening to that song! I don't even hear my mom nagging me so much in a week! Gosh~ I am so sick of that song. Everytime I hear that advertisment I'll just switch the channel or lower the volume.
Work has been pretty taxing on me this week since I was sent to work at the Tampines roadshow for 3 days! My journey to Tampines takes 1 hr 15 mins each time. I have tried every different transportation method to get me there in the shortest time possible. I tried taking 960 bus to bugis and switch to the MRT, taking 960 bus to Woodlands and switch to 969 bus lastly taking 184 Clementic and then taking the train. All of them take the same amount of time. SIANZ! They practically send me to another part of Singapore lor. Luckily the staff there are really nice. Friendly, fun and damn crappy. Hehe~ OF course I would also like to thank the DJ present at the roadshow too(even though I don't know him, haha). He played those damn cool, R&B and hip-hop song that I really like! It kinda drown out the sound of the i-mode advertisment. Haha~ I was thinking whether the job of a DJ is easy. The role of the DJ at the roadshow was dancing to the music, smoking, shaking his legs and changing the disc. I could bet that he earn more money then me just doing that! HOW cool issi?! Hahah.....
Working tomorrow and luckily I will be back to Cuppage whereby the bus journey is a mere 45 mins or less(unless the bus driver miss my bus stop AGAIN). The only thing I like about Tampines is the endless crowd there for the whole day! Unlike Cuppage thus making it harder to close the sales. I'll just try my best I guess....
Today was my off day and I spend it just slacking such as watching vcds, sleeping, listening to music, surfing the internet, chatting with my family members etc. This are all the simple things in life that I take for granted when I am not working.
Anyway, I have decided I am going to buy the Ronald Dahl book " Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Collection". I was at one of the Popular book store when I saw his novels. I flip through a few pages and it brings back a lot of my childhood memories! I remember loving the book so much that I read it 3 times!
Come to think of it, I have read lots of his novels with "BFG", "Matilda" and " Witch" as one of the more memorable ones.
Off I go to sleep. Need to be well-rested for my work tomorrow! nightZ....
